We filmed the bakery this morning. What can we make from it?

Let’s make that early-morning care the story.

Made before sunrise

Before the doors open

OPEN: Flour on the counter. The first batch coming out of the oven. VOICE: “Before the town wakes up, our day has already started.” CLOSE: The door opens. “Made from scratch. Every morning.”

A few useful answers.

What does Palmer House do?

We help businesses communicate through video. Hire our team to plan, film, and edit; use Palmer House Studio to develop your own content with AI assistants; or get focused planning and preparation help before you shoot.

I know I need video, but I don’t know what to buy. Where do I start?

Our package finder starts with the job your video needs to do, then suggests a scope and an estimated price. If you need help choosing between production, Studio, and planning support, talk to our team. You do not need a finished brief.

How is production priced?

Short-form and training packages use $450 per two-hour filming session plus $150 per finished video. Educational episodes start at $1,050 for five minutes, with $600 per additional five minutes. We confirm the final scope, tax, and travel before payment.

Can I get help with planning without booking a shoot?

Yes. Our Clarity Intensive is a focused 75-minute working session for $500, with 30 days of Studio access included. For strategy, scripts, wardrobe, or on-camera preparation, tell us where you need help and we’ll confirm the right scope, availability, and access with you.

Does Studio make videos or publish for me?

Studio helps create campaign drafts, posts, images, PDFs, and video scripts. You review, copy, download, and publish the work yourself. It does not generate finished videos or automatically post to social accounts.

Where do you film?

We work across the Pacific Northwest, including Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Portland, and the greater Puget Sound region. Travel is confirmed with your project. Studio tools can be used wherever you work.

You don’t need a finished brief.

Tell us what you’re making, what’s getting in the way, or what you’d like to try. We’ll help you choose the next step.
