Short-form and training packages use $450 per two-hour filming session plus $150 per finished video. Educational episodes start at $1,050 for five minutes, with $600 per additional five minutes. We confirm the final scope, tax, and travel before payment.

Yes. Our Clarity Intensive is a focused 75-minute working session for $500, with 30 days of Studio access included. For strategy, scripts, wardrobe, or on-camera preparation, tell us where you need help and we’ll confirm the right scope, availability, and access with you.

Studio helps create campaign drafts, posts, images, PDFs, and video scripts. You review, copy, download, and publish the work yourself. It does not generate finished videos or automatically post to social accounts.

We work across the Pacific Northwest, including Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Portland, and the greater Puget Sound region. Travel is confirmed with your project. Studio tools can be used wherever you work.

No. A production plan is a request to confirm scope. We review the details, timing, tax, and travel with you before payment. If the site opens an email draft, you still need to send that email.

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final video content under the agreed project terms. Tell us before the shoot if you need additional file formats or specific source materials, so they are included in your scope.

Yes. Our editing service can help with existing footage. Share the source material, what you want to make, and your delivery requirements so we can confirm the scope.

Hosting and reporting are not automatic inclusions in a production package. Tell us about your existing platform and any access or reporting requirements when we plan the project.

The Pals are creative characters and AI assistants in Studio, each with a distinct conversational style. They share workspace context and tools. The Palmer House team provides human strategy, filming, editing, and preparation support.

Yes. Pals share your workspace’s brand context, content, and saved memory. Their personalities differ, but any Pal can help with the same creative tools. You can review and manage saved memory in Studio.
